Due to clever electronics, the oil temperature of the VF411 can be precisely regulated between 135°C and 190°C, ensuring that food can be cooked at just the right temperature. Frying without burning and without the transfer of flavors between different foods is also a possibility, thanks to the three-zone layout of the VF411.
The lid of the appliance features a built-in hanger attachment, which allows two baskets to drain at the same time.
The VF 411 deep fryer, finished in stainless steel, and featuring professional-style knobs, can be combined with the other Vario appliances in the 400 series.
