The Gaggenau VG411 three-ring gas wok burner is perfect for traditional Chinese round-bottomed woks, but also comfortably accommodates flat bottomed woks and other pots and pans large or small.
The giant gas burner has a maximum output of 18mj and uses three heat sources - a central, inner and outer ring - simultaneously. The VG411 provides flexibility as well as raw power and includes special low heat mode, which allows only the central ring to be operated, so smaller pans may also be used just like a conventional gas hob.
The VG411 gas wok, 380mm wide, finished in stainless steel, and featuring professional-style knobs, can be combined with the other Vario appliances in the 400 series. |
