The Neff story began in Bretten, Germany in 1877 when Carl Andreas Neff founded a modest family business producing coal fired ovens. Over the next one hundred years, Neff expanded throughout Europe and the UK.

Since 1978, when Neff produced the world’s first push-button electronic oven, the company has earned a reputation for design excellence and technical innovation. An overriding emphasis on energy saving and user friendliness has lead to many other world firsts like HydroClean and CircoTherm.
